Since earning her license in 2019, Giulia Heiman has been helping clients around East Los Angeles achieve their financial goals. Whether she’s connecting people with their dream homes or helping their real estate investments appreciate, she strives to keep every deal enjoyable. But it’s her work ethic and love for the community that transformed her into such a highly regarded agent so quickly.

 

Working in this type of profession comes naturally to Giulia. She leveraged her prior experience meeting the needs of high-end clients in a competitive marketplace to smoothly transition into the role of Realtor®. She feels fortunate to mentor first-time homebuyers through such a significant milestone. Trying to learn what new clients want can be challenging, so she likes to take more of a coaching strategy instead of aggressive sales tactics. From recommending upfront investments that add value to homes to promoting the benefits of long-term real estate investing, her client-facing skills make her one of the most versatile, motivated agents in California.

 

Helping clients realize their financial dreams is her first passion, but away from the office, she also enjoys consulting on interior design projects, supporting local animal rescue organizations, and spending time with her husband and pets.
