Award-winning real estate professional James Maxwell has been a licensed agent since 2003. He has sold an array of residential properties, ranging from single-family homes and multi-unit residences to empty lots intended for new construction. Since 2003, James’ expertise has helped to close over $400 million in real estate transactions.

Born in California, James lives in Los Feliz with his husband and daughter. They enjoy beach days, family time, swimming, skiing, and hiking in Griffith Park, as well as exploring Los Angeles’ vibrant, diverse culture.
